The Cooper Institute North Texas Giving Day 2020
The fastest 15 minutes of my life! It’s great for people who want to get into working out if they are out of practice or recovering from something. I will be doing this very often!
I made my teacher watch this.
boooooooooooooooooooo we had to do this for assignment BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
Ptsd because of this test
11 days after birthday. And I'm 11.
I LIKE IT
WOW SOOOOOOOO AMZING
#Venezuela in the house!
Thank you so much! I have recently been having knee valgus on my right side. I notice when I do single leg RDL’s my knee will want to cave in throwing my once, very good balance off. What are these bands called, I am going to order some on Amazon.
How many of y’all here cuz of school?
Are you a Good Person? Let’s check and see! Have you ever lied? Or have you ever stolen? (Even if it’s small) Now, have you ever taken the Lord's Name in vain? (Saying: “Oh my G*d” or things like that) If you have ever done any of those things, you would be either a liar, a thief, or a blasphemer(for taking God’s Name in vain), or maybe even all of them. And that was only some of the Ten Commandments. So we have all sinned against God and we therefore deserve death. (Romans 3:23 & 6:23) And as a result, none of us are good, or good people. In other words, let’s say that I was speeding on the road, and now i’m in court. And according to the judge, I am to be sentenced to time in jail. But if someone pays my speeding fine, I can walk out of that courtroom freely without having to serve the time in jail. Likewise, we are all criminals through sin, and we deserve Hell. Yet Christ took the punishment that we deserve, put it upon Himself, and “payed the fine” through His death and resurrection. Now through REPENTANCE, which is a change of mind about sin and a turning to God (going from an embrace of sin to rejection of sin, and understanding your need of a Savior), and by FAITH in CHRIST we can be saved from the everlasting “prison sentence” of Hell. So, its not by our “good deeds/good works” that we are saved, as Catholics and other religions may say, because none of us are good, nor can our “good deeds/good works” make us good. Instead, we are saved by Repentance and Faith. (Ephesians 2:8-9) And once you are Saved, you do not continue to live following the evil ways of sin, but you instead live following the righteous ways of Christ.

The FitnessGram™ Pacer Test is a multistage aerobic capacity test that progressively gets more difficult as it continues. The 20 meter pacer test will begin in 30 seconds. Line up at the start. The running speed starts slowly, but gets faster each minute after you hear this signal. [beep] A single lap should be completed each time you hear this sound. [ding] Remember to run in a straight line, and run as long as possible. The second time you fail to complete a lap before the sound, your test is over. The test will begin on the word start. On your mark, get ready, start.
Thank you!
I had the pleasure of interviewing Dr Snachez for m,y podcast. I ma in Australia - he is in Dallas Texas... one of the greatest people I have ever interviewed on my show - The New Science of Physical Health. I also spent 3 hours with Dr Kenneth Cooper in Nashville Tennessee at a conference in 2018... Dr Cooper is my hero in the science world of physical health. What a great group of Doctors I have had the pleasure of interacting with whilst I am all the way "down under".

I have a t= -2.4 so I am trying to not cross over to osteoporosis. I also have some arthritis in my hips and backs and pinched nerve in L2-L4. Would these exercises be a good idea for me?
Thank you for your comment. We cannot prescribe exercise without appropriate consultation and evaluation. A few things to keep in mind as you consider performing this video: 1) ensure appropriate muscular strength and balance are developed to execute these movements prior to attempting, 2) bones get stronger with weight-bearing activities and strength training, and 3) please consult your doctor as the pinched nerve might require some exercise restrictions. Have a healthy day!

I didn't get sent here for P.E class. I did this video as my workout. Very good video and clear instructions. I like how she used a towel to workout. Just goes to show you can workout without equipment.
Martina, thank you for your feedback! We love it. We will continue to offer this type of instruction. Are there any specific questions or workouts you would like to see?
